ZMP will carry out MaaS experiment of urban transportation infrastructure with Autonomous Driving taxi and Autonomous Personal mobility in cooperation with Airport limousine bus.
Passengers, who are foreigners (including foreign nationals) can travel between Marunouchi, the central part of Tokyo, and (Haneda or Narita) airport via Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT) located near Tokyo station.

Because of limited number of Autonomous Personal mobility operation services, all passengers who can ride on Autonomous Driving taxi may not be able to get on Autonomous Personal mobility. Please be understanding of this beforehand.
*Autonomous Driving taxi will be operated autonomously such as turning, changing lanes and stopping.
A safe driver operates depending on the traffic condition.
How to reserve
On the usage date the person can get on Airport limousine bus, Autonomous Driving taxi, Autonomous Personal mobility by using a smartphone app.
Procedure for your application as below.
*2. The passenger of Autonomous Driving taxi can reserve Autonomous Personal mobility (no charge). Because of limited number of Autonomous Personal mobility operation services, all passengers who can ride on Autonomous Driving taxi may not be able to get on Autonomous Personal mobility.
Autonomous Personal mobility services are available between January 20th (Mon) and 24th (Fri) , 11:00-15:00

Agreement
■Application Requirements
・Person who can perform and complete entry in the application form
・Person who can make the net settlement using a credit card
・Person who can reserve by smartphones such as iPhone（iOS 11 or later）or Android（Ver. 9 or later）
・Person who can be contacted by mobile phone or smartphone
・Person who can understand and cooperate with filming (including a vehicle drive recorder), interviewing, answering the questionnaire during the demonstration
■Person who can take a ride
・Up to four passengers may ride in one Autonomous Driving taxi.
・The applicant also shall get the consent from fellow passengers in advance.
■Precautions
・A child seat is not arranged in the case of child ride.
■Prohibited matters
・To touch with in-vehicle, outside-vehicle equipment
・To take photos or movies
・To eat, drink or smoke in the taxi
・Though a driver and an operator ride on a taxi for safety ensuring, we conduct an experiment of unmanned operation. Hence, we kindly ask you to refrain from talking to them except if there is an emergency.
・Never hinder safe driving operation. Please follow instruction from our staff.
■The conduct of demonstration test
・Please note that the test may stop according to a natural disaster, bad weather, road situation, system and vehicle conditions.
In case of cancellation of your booked ride service, we will soon contact you to your registered e-mail address.
・Please inform us if you use disability discount to ride on a taxi.
・In case of cancellation of services, please note that the applicant must bear the travel expenses and the data communication cost.
・Only one application per person.
・Your reservation will be cancelled if you can’t come to the boarding time at your reserved time.
・Passengers must wear seat belts during the ride. Please follow the instructions given by staff in emergency.
・Passengers may require to transfer to another vehicle depending on our situation even during vehicle operation.
There’s a case that we can’t arrange another autonomous driving taxi as your transferred vehicle.
・A driver gives an initial operation such as aid and security control measures in rare accident. About the subsequent financial compensation, it will be covered by the travel agency company’s contracted insurance company.
・Despite any condition like the bad weather, traffic condition, etc., you shall come on time at meeting point.
・We use the applicant personal information among the companies who are involved in the demonstration during the experiment term.
Privacy Policy
For those who apply for MaaS demonstration experiment (hereinafter referred to as “this demonstration experiment”) using Autonomous Driving technology, the personal information provided by the applicant and their companions (hereinafter “applicants etc.”) at the time of application and submission of questionnaires during this demonstration experiment will be handled as follows.
1. Purpose of Use
We will use the acquired personal information for the following purposes:
① To decide participants of this demonstration by the reservation
② To give guidance or to respond to inquiries, etc., regarding this demonstration
③ To create statistical data that will be processed into a format that cannot identify individuals in relation to this demonstration
④ To get user’s needs of Autonomous Driving technology service and user attributes, etc., and to improve the quality of services
⑤ To use for the purposes relating to the above-mentioned purpose of use
2. Provision of information
The company shall entrust the handling of personal information in whole or in part to a third party that perform call center operations within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
In addition, we will not provide your personal information to third party except in the following cases.
① Cases in which the person gives his/her consent
② Cases in which the provision of personal data is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and in which it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
③ Cases in which the provision of personal data is necessary for cooperating with a state institution, local government, or an individual or entity entrusted by one in executing the operations prescribed by laws and in which obtaining the consent of the person may impede the execution of the operations concerned
④ Other cases, as stipulated by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations
3. Joint use of information
The company shall jointly use the personal information of applicants as follows within the range of the joint use purpose set forth below.
① Data to be used jointly: Personal information such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
② Range of users: JTB Corp., Nihon Kotsu Co., Ltd., HINOMARU KOTSU Co., Ltd., Tokyo City Air Terminal Co., Ltd.
③ Purpose of joint use:
・To decide participants of this demonstration experiment.
・To get user’s needs of vehicle allocation service using Autonomous Driving technology, user attributes, etc. and improve the quality of services
④ Company responsible for managing personal data: ZMP Inc.
4. Disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
When a request for disclosure, correction or suspension of use of personal information is received from the customer, the Company will endeavor to respond appropriately and promptly after confirming the identity of the customer.
